The Cluster Security Manager of the Radisson Blu Asia Ataşehir Hotel, where we installed the Fire Detection System, told us about his experience with EEC.

Before we started to cooperate with EEC, we had question marks and hesitations. We were using a different software at the hotel that I served before, and we got used to it. We knew the difficult and easy parts of that software. When we were appointed at the Radisson Blu, we had questions such as “What if…?” until EEC arrived and provided training at the time that the hotel was first opened All of our questions were eliminated and we had no problems or question marks in our minds. We are now doing very well.

I became acquainted with EEC when I started working here and I did not work with EEC previously. I have been working with EEC for approximately 8 years. Our owner Ant Yapı cooperates with EEC in all their projects. It works with EEC in all of its projects both at home and abroad. As I have said, I heard about EEC in my previous hotels, but I did not have the opportunity to work with them. They started to work with EEC when the hotel was first opened here, and it has continued this way.

I have never used the Fireworks software, it is my first time using it here. It has helped me tremendously and increased my knowledge.

I learn something new each time your staff visits our hotel for maintenance. They are really helpful. They are not just trying to finish their job and then leave, but they are trying to teach us something new. For example, I have never used the Fireworks software, it is my first time using it here. All your employees, including the maintenance team and your technical service manager, are as close to us as a phone call. They are very interested and I have not had any problems so far.

The Fireworks panel is very easy to use. It is clear to understand because its menu is Turkish. We find it very successful. Sometimes we have problems, and we can solve them with your support. Your team helps us on a 24/7 basis. All your employees, including the maintenance team and your technical service manager, are as close to us as a phone call. They are very interested and I have not had any problems so far.

EEC helps me in everything. The Panel and Fireworks software help me and my staff.

The most useful property of our Fire Detection System is the Fireworks. This is a 5-star hotel. Sensitivity to fire is required to be at the maximum level. Therefore, I think that the system here is sufficient. I believe the entire program of the detectors, sprinklers, public address systems and fire detection system is ideal for this facility. It is definitely a program that will not create any problems for us. It is easy to use, no hassle.

I have worked with many programs and fire companies. The system installed by EEC is the system that really ensures the most convenience for me. The proper and smooth operation and activation of the scenario demonstrates its reliability. When we do not receive false alarms, we experience that the scenario is always accurate and active.

Of course, we receive false alarms, but one of the properties of the system is that the announcements are not activated immediately. This ensures convenience for us. It could be increased to one minute after the alarm, and then to five minutes. The scenario is prepared accordingly. For this reason, in case of any false alarms, the announcements are not activated. The system gives us a controlled time, which is one of the most useful properties of the program for me. For example, there is an option to postpone the announcements as we cannot go up to the floor 17 within one minute to check the alarm, which is a very important property for us. False alarms are caused by the burning of smoke-producing objects in the room such as incense. So, detection is actually accurate.

I strongly recommend the products and services of EEC. I recommend them because it has a reliable and smooth program as well as smooth services and the staff that visits our facility not only care for you, but teach you something.

They even took me there after the construction phase of our other hotel i.e. after signing an agreement with the fire company. If I had gone there in the initial phase, I would definitely have brought EEC there. I told my managers at a subsequent meeting, but we unfortunately did not have such a chance. So, I strongly recommend it. We are very satisfied.

Our owner Ant Yapı has many projects around the world. They are working with EEC in some of their projects. The buildings such as Antasya and Anthill Residence etc. all cooperate with EEC. I always receive positive feedback from them. So, not all fire companies are the same. Whichever you continue to work with and trust is a reference for you. It is for me too. For example, now I am working with EEC here, I would definitely recommend this program and EEC when I am appointed at another hotel or open a brand new hotel.

The products are of good quality, and I have not experienced any breakdowns so far. Of course, they happen from time to time, but your team comes and fixes them as they are breakdowns caused by the system. Your prices and spare parts are expensive. The prices surely depend upon quality. They are higher than the prices in the market according to my knowledge. On the other hand, the properties of the products fully match our expectations, and I can even say that they exceed our expectations.

We have a standard maintenance schedule. We are testing all detectors in the hotel. Of course, breakdowns occur from time to time. They are system-related breakdowns such as a software failure. Previously, I had some difficulties regarding this issue, but they are related to the fact that you do not have the system in your hands. In other words, we have faced situations such as the supply of the part from abroad, but these are not so big problems.

I met your Sales Executive Ms. Özge last year. Previously, Mr. Cengiz would ask us every year if we had any requests or needs. As we have completed the sale, we do not have many sales-related situations anymore. Therefore, we mostly continue with the maintenance and technical services side.

There would definitely be some setbacks and problems in an operating system. If everything goes perfectly, it means there is actually a problem here. It can be learned with experience. I have experienced it from time to time. Now, I know how to take action. I know who I can refer to. This is all experience for me. It can happen from time to time, but we have been working together for many years. We have only had a few breakdowns within 8 years.

The system operates perfectly and there are absolutely no problems. There is a professional team to offer support when we have a problem, which of course gives us confidence.
