Before we started cooperating with EEC, we had no hesitation because they work with good brands.

From 2008-2009, we started to renovate different blocks at Swissotel The Bosphorus. After the renovation period, we completely renovated the fire system with EEC. Before we started cooperating with EEC, we had no hesitation because they work with good brands. They represent these brands in Turkey, which of course has advantages. We know that we are working with the right people and this will remain so during the term of service. After all, we cooperate as business partners. This is how it should continue from now on. Of course, we should look at each other from the positive side. It is important for me that it represents an international brand, because it shows that it is a really well-established company. I have known EEC since 1991. Our previous relationship was for a short period of time, but now the fire detection system is much more important for me. I would like to say that the emergency announcement system is equally important too because it is useful to manage these systems together.

Fire detection system is essential and a must. There are proven cases not only in Turkey but also all around the world. There were times when we eliminated the problems by operating this system accurately. This is not about the name of the company that offers this product. Fire detection system ensures benefits if it can make early notifications, that is why it is necessary.

Therefore, the scenario prepared here is more important. It matters which processes will be activated at which level, or vice versa, which valves will be disabled at a certain phase, and where the gas will be cut off, these operations should be managed accurately, this is what is important for me. As the products are supplied by a global brand, I can say that they are high quality. These are tested products; they have a strong R&D background. It is impossible to deny their longstanding quality.

I will not make any comments about the prices, because I need to know the prices for the products of different companies to make a comparison.

The properties of the products meet our needs and expectations, and they operate smoothly. We had a little difficulty regarding lead times and it could be caused by lack of communication. When I assess the lead time of EEC to install and maintain the system, we previously and currently do not experience any problems. After all, you have a product here and we will continue to use it as long as this enterprise remains open.

We have a scheduled maintenance agreement with EEC. The contract depends upon mutual agreement. I have to get maintenance services 4 times per year. We get these services without delay. As long as we obey these periods, we do not face any problems. There could be disruptions where, due to the intensity of the job or the sector, we may have to arrange the lead time as one week in advance or later. Apart from that, it is more important to evaluate the available time accurately. I can say that everything is going well right now.

I think that we sometimes need training. Our security department is the user of the system. Technically, we only follow up breakdowns. When security is insufficient, we are involved in the process. For this reason, the right training should be given to the right people. Technical personnel might not always be here, but security personnel are here 24 hours per day. Therefore, the security department must be able to actively use the system. That is why training is very important and I will be asking you to provide training. On the other hand, our security personnel change frequently and therefore, trainings need to be updated more frequently.

After we started to cooperate with EEC, we have had certain service problems, but these problems could be handled. Mutual relations are established in the course of time. I hope it will continue like this and we will not have any setbacks. In our SPA department, we have a fire detection system of a different company. As it was installed at a different period of time, we cooperated with a different company. When our business grew, that company could not handle such a broad job. For this reason, we decided to select EEC. In short, there are two different fire companies that we are currently cooperating with, but I believe that emergency scenarios should work together.

The ability to communicate with your company on time is one of our advantages, but disruptions occur from time to time. It would also be useful to share this information with your sales and service departments.

EEC represents a brand in Turkey and exerts intense efforts to ensure a permanent presence for such a brand. In my opinion, after you sell your products and systems, please remember to visit your customers more often. We are in contact with your technical service, but the same is not true for your sales department.
