Electrical Panel FIPRON Fire Suppression Solutions

The products of various shapes and sizes produced with the Fipron Technology can remain in standby mode for years, and automatically extinguish the flame as soon as it occurs, without allowing it to spread.

Today, various composite materials that have fire prevention capability were created with the Fipron technology. The structure of these materials includes microcapsules that contain a refractory active substance. When the activation temperature is reached, the capsule shell explodes and releases the gas inside. When this gas comes into contact with an open fire and burning surface, it seizes and displaces oxygen. It quickly cools off the place of combustion, thus preventing flames quickly and effectively.

They are used in the panels and similar areas up to 4000 dm3. There are tens of thousands of microcapsules that store the fire suppression substance, and these microcapsules sweep the oxygen in the environment when the temperature of 120 degrees is reached, absorb the heat and guarantee fire suppression.

Microcapsules

Microencapsulation is a commonly used technique in many industries. Fipron technology is the first example of the microencapsulation technique that is applied in the field of fire suppression.

All Fipron-based products contain tens of thousands of microcapsules that store the extinguishing substance, and guarantee to stop the fire once it reaches the planned temperature. The polymeric shell of the microcapsules keeps the fire retardant compound in operating condition for 5 years, and precisely prevents it from reaching the activation temperature. When a fire breaks out, it releases the active gas, and each microcapsule becomes a stand-alone "micro fire extinguisher".

1 meter of FPN C -1 model Cord-type fire extinguisher can protect an area of 50 dm3.

1 meter of FPN C -2 model Cord-type fire extinguisher can protect an area of 150 dm3.

1 meter of FPN C -3 model Cord-type fire extinguisher can protect an area of 300 dm3.

They can be used more economically than the Sticker models of 60 cubic decimeters and above. Due to the cord on it, they extinguish the fire by completely destroying themselves as soon as they sense 120-degree flame. They are used in low voltage electrical devices, enclosed system cable ducts and electrical panels of 60-4000 dm3.
