EEC has successfully completed the installation of Fire Detection and Alarm, Public Address and Voice Evacuation, Access Control and Security Systems, CCTV and Video Management Software for Emaar Residence & Address Hotels Istanbul.
Due to the high-rise construction and guest circulation of the facility; safety of life and property needs required implementation of meticulous engineering planning. For the solutions used, premium products suitable for the building's requirements and technological concept were chosen.
EEC also manages the engineering, procurement of materials, commissioning and subsequent periodic maintenance services for the systems.
the Emaar Project, which provides accommodation services, there was a need for an integrated installation of Fire Detection and Alarm, Public Address, Access Control and Video Management Systems.
Due to the requirements of the facility; the Edwards Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, capable of technically implementing complete and reliable fire scenarios in high-rise buildings, were installed. Buzzer detectors were used in all apartments on the facility floors, ensuring that emergency warnings reach the rooms directly in case of a fire.
To enable rapid evacuation of guests to a safe area in case of an emergency; the fire detection system and public address system were integrated. The Edwards Public Address System is operated directly through the zone amplifiers placed on the fire detection control panels. This ensures that the public address systems will be operated accurately and reliably in case of a fire.
All fire alarm system equipment existing in the building is monitored and controlled via the FireWorks Graphics Monitoring and Control Software.
The Truvision cameras connected to the CCTV system monitor and record the common areas, entrances, exits, elevators and perimeter security of the facility. Easy to install and use; the TruVision cameras, Dell Server recorders and Milestone VMS software ensure practical and reliable video surveillance.
The Honeywell Lenel Onguard Security Platform was chosen as an Access Control System. The system offers events management, continuous and remote monitoring, alarm management and intelligent integration capabilities through a single screen. Access to critical areas of the facility is controlled, and user access to floors is restricted according to the authorization levels.
Integration has been ensured between the Lenel and the Milestone VMS Software. Thanks to the integration of the Milestone Video Management Software with the access control system; emergency scenarios are managed flexibly. Video management capabilities such as remote access, intelligent mapping and detailed search simplify incident detection and response processes. Keeping records on the Dell servers and Dell iSCSI Storage enables monitoring of live and recorded images from system centers.
