Sanovel's General Directorate in İstinye, founded in 1983, has an indoor area of 15 thousand square meters and sits on a land area of 30 thousand square meters. There are warehouses on the minus 2nd floor of the 3-story facility, including the ground floor. EDWARDS-branded fire detection systems available at the headquarters of the company, which is among the top 5 in its sector, were installed by EEC Integrated Building Control Systems. EEC was preferred for the installation of fire detection systems at the company's Cantakoy Pharmaceutical Factory and the historical Saffet Pasa Mansion in Kanlica.

Our headquarters were seated in Maslak, and we started to work there. We continued our cooperation after we moved to Astinye. I did not know EEC before, but we had no hesitation as references were obtained from very creditable entities. We had understood how appropriate such references were during the initial process of our cooperation. From our past experiences, we knew some major faults that could be encountered in connection with fire alarm systems. However, we have never experienced any such faults at the Maslak site, where the system was first established, and this has reinforced our confidence. Thus, we started to apply the same system at our Silivri Factory.

For example, a split air conditioner caused a fire in our server room in İstinye. We were able to intervene immediately since the alarm came from the system instantly and from the right place. When we got the alarm, we ran there with our technician. When we arrived, the fire was just falling from the air conditioner; it had just started, so the system felt the smoke right away. We didn't waste any time, as the system showed us the right spot. We would have had a major problem if we had chosen the incorrect location. Therefore, our view of the EEC's system has been justified.

There have been small events like this. For example, the system detected the presence of smoke in our cafeteria. We noticed actual smoke there. Something light had caught fire on the stove, and the system sensed a tiny bit of smoke. The system feels smoke before it reaches a serious exacerbation stage; this is important for us. Because, as you know, the first 30 seconds are important in the combustion phase.

It is important that the system delivers the right notifications at the right time

I consider it a reliable system for the users. You are able to perceive any likely risk or error at the right time and on a spot-by-spot basis. It is a system that works well. We have some strategic locations in our headquarters and in our Cantakoy factory. The most important location is our server rooms, which are our information storage facilities. We also have raw material warehouses for chemicals, God forbid! At these points, any risk would be a one-second event, and we would be unable to prevent it if such a risk was not addressed in a timely manner. As a result, as a user, I would like to emphasize the importance of responding on the spot. As I said, since there are actual events experienced, it is important for us that the system sends us the right notifications at the right time and that it remains operational at all times.

I can always sincerely recommend their services and products. I've already made such recommendations. When I am told by anyone that they intend to set up such a system, I recommend the firm and give them their phone. Then it's up to them whether or not they work.

It is the same for your sales team as well as for your technical team. I always get a response when I don't understand any issues or my technique can't solve them, or just when I call for information. I have no issues with communication.

We always manage to solve our issues with your technical team because we can reach you instantly when necessary. Our demands are immediately answered, our service time is notified, and very fast action can be taken within the hours specified in our contract. All tests are done on time when they arrive, and if there are any mistakes, they can also take care of them. In terms of service, we have no issues with EEC's staff or technical approach. We never called our sales executives on these issues, and we chat and discuss possible new investments with them as before.

We notice the savings derived from the products

I can give you a 10 out of 10 for the quality of your products when I compare them with similar products and consider our personal experiences. In terms of price or quality performance, you may need to make necessary discounts due to the effect of the frequency we have achieved due to our solution partnership and working with you for years. Although obtaining a quote from EEC may appear to be costly, you are capable of providing the necessary support for our needs. In addition, if we think that we purchased the products at an expensive price when they were first purchased, the savings achieved from such products would be visible in the course of the process. In the end, I don't think the price would be a problem since the yield is higher.

Deadlines were observed

Everything was done technically at the right time and within the promised deadlines. After we decide and approve the contract, they do everything on time. The same is also true for maintenance activities.

The fire system we currently use is extremely satisfying to us. It meets all our requirements at the level of a factory and headquarters, and it is an all-encompassing system. Frankly, the system may seem very costly at first, but over time, you can see that this investment turns into a more appropriate service. What is experienced and presented creates awareness of this fact.

We were meticulously served during the pandemic process

In the first year of the pandemic process, we postponed some things ourselves, but some things could not be postponed. because a building is a living entity even when no humans are present. We used to receive notifications from you such as "It's time for maintenance; how should we proceed?" pursuant to our maintenance contract. I saw it with my own eyes that your team continued to do their work in the same technical way, as if there were no pandemic, by showing the necessary level of hygiene meticulousness.

Timely evacuation is important to us

Fortunately, we have a horizontal architecture, which is more advantageous than the escape areas of a vertical structure. We do not have any production areas here, and our main issue of concern may be natural gas or electricity. Our possible risks may be our kitchen, where the stoves are located, and the details that require electrical installation in the rooms. Fire is the risk we fear most, apart from an earthquake. For this, we do regular drills with sirens as if it were a real smoke alarm. It is very important for us to evacuate on time so that we can receive a timely warning. Our system now accommodates this
