The Yatsan İzmir factory is a mattress production facility built on a total outdoor area of ​​60 thousand square meters and operating on an indoor area of ​​22 thousand square meters. Some 600 personnel at the factory work in shifts on a 24/7 basis to fulfill domestic and international orders. EEC Integrated Building Control Systems installed the fire detection and alarm system of the factory.

Before we started to cooperate with EEC, we had doubts and question marks in our mind. Our purpose was to implement a system that does not exist in our factory. As we were installing a large system, we had concerns about how this operation would work. We collected quotations from the relevant companies, passed through various phases and reduced our alternatives to two companies. We decided to cooperate with EEC as our management knows about Vestel and as a result of the positive feedback that we received from them about EEC.

From the moment that EEC started the project, the works executed by the installation teams, the professionalism and quality of SIEMENS and other products eliminated our concerns. We decided to wait for the end of the project with the impression that a job that started so well will definitely be very successful, and we ultimately achieved our goal. It is good that we have EEC at Yatsan.

When the field works of EEC were supported with the SIEMENS products, a high quality result was achieved.

Currently, our fire detection system serves us on a 24/7 basis as our most important asset. We also have a maintenance agreement with EEC. In terms of services, I can say that you are as close to us as a phone call.

We installed a system that did not exist at our factory before, and we liked its response speed so much. When the significant calculations made by EEC in the field works were supported with the SIEMENS products, a high quality result was achieved.

Our fire notification system is very useful for both our factory and the neighboring factories.

Our Xtralis OSID Open Space Smoke Detectors and aspirating detectors operate in harmony with the main system in our warehouses. There is no sprinkler system in our factory, so we do the firefighting with our team of 60 people and our fire truck, i.e. with human power.

The stubble that is burned in many agricultural fields around our factory is what scares us more than an internal fire because there is a very high possibility of fire spreading from agricultural fields to our factory in case of a possible windstorm. Some of the neighboring factories suffered financial losses due to this situation. We became aware of a fire in the neighboring property when our OSID detectors triggered an alarm. On another occasion, we prevented the splash of fire thanks to the early detection characteristics of the aspirating detectors in the shipment warehouse. This is a big advantage for us. Our fire notification system is very useful for both our factory and the neighboring factories.

The properties of the products fully meet our expectations. As the devices are flexible, they give us 1 if our need is 1. If we ask for 5 in the future, the devices can also give it to us. After all, these are the systems that operate in a smooth and integrated way.

In terms of lead times, EEC guarantees excellent timing during installation, maintenance or sending a response for another request.

I would give 10 out of 10 for the approach and communication of the sales staff. We cooperate with the technical services team both in the field and on the phone.
